H. Brown & Associates is a full-service general practice litigation firm located in Eastern Massachusetts. We offer two locations to better serve you. H. Brown and Associates was founded and established by Attorney Hodges Brown, Jr. in 2003. Attorney Brown received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA.

Attorney Brown is licensed to practice law in all Massachusetts State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Attorney Brown is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Attorney Brown is a litigator who practices law in the areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Family Law and Real Estate, including landlord-tenant disputes.
